However that has failed too. I've found that the app store in general is not really working properly with none of the pictures loading, and it taking ages to search for stuff. This is one of the Apple icons that normally come with all new phones and I can't figure out how to get it? It can't be bought, so Also when I first bought my phone, it took at least two days for it to download all of my apps from the "Cloud" and my battery apps not downloading on iphone 7 got a full charge for over four days.

I went to settings-iTunes and App Store-turn on apps and updates both are separate. It worked for me. Did you ever find a fix for this? This exact think has been happening to my 7plus for weeks and now it wont even load some of the apps at all, let alone update them, apps not downloading on iphone 7. I cant even update software. It seems stuck in a perpetual battery-draining app-loading never-ending loop.
Feb 4, PM. What's worked for me is going onto the App Store, searching for the 'waiting' apps, then clicking on the 'download from iCloud icon', let it download. Then when I go back to my home screen, the apps are working fine. It seems to be a hiccup for me anyway with the apps downloading from my iCloud backup, but hey, I'm really not technical. Feb 13, AM.

This is by far the worst apple product I have owned. If Steve Jobs was alive, he would be firing people left and right. I have had two calls to service for a brand new laptop and came very close to having to reinstall everything on it.
